Gulfoss E-mail

After freezing my butt off the night before in the rain and getting little sleep because I was so cold, we headed inland some more to Gulfoss, an amazing waterfall in central western Iceland. It's amazing because we almost drove past it since its below the level of the ground and hidden between two giant land masses.

Oh, did I mention that since Iceland is so expensive that we decided to rough it and camp out?  Did I mention that the first night we didn't have any means to heat or get water when we got to the campsite?  And by campsite, I meant area of grass across the street from a gas station.  So, to recap, Christian is sick when we pitch tent in the rain, we have no means to warm ourselves or get dry.  It rains all night and I freeze.
